Industrial Commission Orders/ Utah Trial Reports
The Intermountain Commercial Record & The Salt Lake Times selects Utah civil cases of interest to the business, insurance, and legal communities and publishes them in the newspaper and online. Selected Utah Industrial Commission orders are also provided. Trial/Settlement and Order reports are used for case evaluation, litigation, and settlement negotiations.
